How to Enroll in the CHEP/PCHS Online Transition Courses for Spring 2010 Semester (7th and 8th graders only):

• Enrollment or re-enrollment in CHEP must be completed before registering for an Online Transition Course.  Spring Semester is January 19, 2010 through June 4, 2010.

• Read the Course Information Page.

• Print and complete
  
  CHEP/PCHS Online Transition Program Registration Form.
• If you did not take an Online Transition Course in Summer or Fall '09, read the Online Orientation, print and complete page 2.

• Parent and student are to read and sign page 3 of the registration form.  Page 4 is your copy.

• Submit pages 1, 2 (if required), and 3 to your CHEP teacher.
