How to Enroll in the CHEP/PCHS Online Transition Courses for 2010-2011 School Year (7th and 8th graders only):

• Enrollment in CHEP must be completed before registering for an Online Transition Course.
• Fall semester classes are from August 23, 2010 through January 14, 2011. Spring semester classes are from Janaury 18, 2011 through June 3, 2011.
• Read the Course Information Page.Print and complete CHEP/PCHS Online Transition Program Registration Form. If you have not taken an Online Transision Course the previous semester, read the Online Orientation, print and complete page 2.
• Parent and student are to read and sign page 3 of the registration form. Page 4 is your copy.
• Submit pages 1, 2 (if required), and 3 to your CHEP teacher.
